We provide therapeutic and educational
support, not medical or psychiatric care.

Your active participation is essential for
successful therapy outcomes.

Session information is confidential, except
when there is a risk of harm, legal
obligations, or for supervision purposes.

Client files are securely stored for a minimum
of seven years, as required by Australian
regulations.

By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have
read and agree to our Privacy Policy.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours'
notice incur no charge. Late cancellations or
no-shows will be charged the full session fee,
unless due to unforeseeable circumstances.

Payment is required upon booking, with the
full balance due before each session, as
agreed.

For Telehealth or Zoom sessions, we use
secure platforms. Please ensure your privacy
during these sessions.
